3070 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing all users' use of the 3070 platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 3070 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the 3070 platform, including guests browsing without an account, registered members, and anyone accessing our services via mobile app or web browser. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

- 3070 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for the security of your account.
- Accounts that remain inactive for a specified period may be subject to the prevailing account closure policy.
3. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 3070 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and selected online banking options.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and that the bank account used belongs to them. 3070 reserves the right to decline or suspend transactions that appear suspicious or that violate the platform's payment policy.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawals are only permitted to the same account used for the deposit, subject to the applicable conditions.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
- 3070 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers.
- Transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or deception will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. User Responsibilities and Liability Limits

5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
3070 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a lawful authority.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid credit balance in the account will be processed in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal procedure, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
- Accounts involved in fraud or system abuse are not eligible for any outstanding balance payouts.
- Accounts suspended for security reasons will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe once the user provides the required verification details.
- 3070 reserves the right to decline re-registration of users whose accounts were previously terminated due to a breach of terms.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Amendments

Changes to Terms

Governing Law
